About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Branch Manager / Assistant Center Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading teams to success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations at the branch.
  • Supervise staff, scheduling, and front-office activities.
  • Handle patient admissions, inquiries, and service quality.
  • Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and patients.
  • Work on achieving branch targets and reporting performance.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and maintain records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic / healthcare / institute management.
  • Strong leadership & people management skills.
  • Good communication in Tamil & English& Telugu .
  • Target-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
  • Incentives based on performance.

Location : Chrompet, Tnagar, Porur, Anna nagar ,OMR, Trichy, salem ,Vellore , Erode , Rspuram , Madurai, Pondy
