Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and professional Assistant Manager to support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing the team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will help maintain high service standards, optimize operations, and contribute to the growth of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and staff supervision
- Support team management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards
- Assist with sales monitoring, inventory control, and operational reporting
- Help implement company policies and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work or be relocated to Al Ain, Abu Dhabi
