Client and sales management
- Counseling: Guide and counsel prospective clients and students on visa requirements, eligibility, and immigration processes for different countries, such as Canada, Australia.
- Sales targets: Help the team achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals by assisting with sales closures and driving revenue growth.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage any complaints or escalations.
- Inquiry conversion: Work to convert client inquiries into successful enrolments and visa applications.
- Marketing support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, seminars, or webinars to generate leads.
Operations and process oversight
- Day-to-day operations: Oversee the branch's daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and a high standard of service.
- Document processing: Ensure that visa applications and related documentation are processed accurately and in compliance with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
- Head office coordination: Act as a liaison between the branch and the head office, coordinating on visa applications and other operational matters.
- Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and immigration laws to ensure the integrity of the branch's services.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the branch or regional manager on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales metrics, case status, and operational progress.
Team leadership and development
- Staff supervision: Supervise, train, and mentor the team of immigration counselors and support staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Recruitment and evaluation: Participate in the hiring process for new consultants and conduct regular performance reviews for branch staff.
- Training and motivation: Provide ongoing training to keep the team updated on immigration law changes and motivate them to meet their targets.
- Workflow management: Assign tasks to team members based on priority and ensure timely completion of all client case
