Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Qualification: F.A, F.SC, B.A, B.SC, B.COM.

Experience: 1-2 year experience in Retail

Gender: Male

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees and lead day to day operations
  • Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction..
  • Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions and other relevant information.
  • Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans.
  • Evaluating employee’s performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities and achieve goals.
  • Manage the inventory and sales data.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Multitasks and have excellent time management skills.
  • Mentor junior employees and lead a team.
  • Knowledge about inventory records and sale.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Focus on Customer service and lead by example.

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
