Job Purpose
Branch Service
Role
-
Attend to customer walk-ins at the Branch.

Managing service requests

Ensure 100% quality, Accuracy & TAT adherence.

Coordinate with the internal stakeholders.

Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.

To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process

Act on the feedback given or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance.

Maintain Customer NPS as per Company’s Target.
-
Manage feedback received from customers and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve the service issues.
Qualification & experience

Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
-
Min 1-2 years of experience

Service orientation, 6 day working in shifts between 9 to 7 PM
