Job Description

  • To prepare reports by evaluating the performance of the implemented strategies/activities.
  • Working in coordination with the consumer relations officer and the call center for the acceptance, referral, analysis, evaluation, satisfaction stages and reporting and analysis of consumer notifications.
  • Working in coordination with the sales department, observing the deficiencies in the field (such as pop material-promotional material-display stand), contacting the relevant departments for production after obtaining the necessary approvals, and following the process until the materials are delivered to the sales team. In addition, creating and executing an annual plan for these needs together with the Manager.
  • Working in coordination with other departments (sales-quality assurance-purchasing-accounting-sales accounting) to ensure that the relevant marketing strategies operate in accordance with the process.
  • Complies with the occupational health and safety measures taken at the workplace, monitors whether the measures are followed, ensures that the non-conformities under his/her responsibility are eliminated, reports the dangers he/she detects to his/her supervisor and occupational safety expert, takes the necessary precaution(s) to eliminate the danger and makes suggestions(s).



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Min.1 year of experience(including long-term internship) in Marketing within FMCG sector, food sector is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Motivated to learn and continuously enhance personal and professional skills
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Male candidates must have completed their military service
  • Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
