Roles & Responsibilities

• Support in strategizing and executing brand communication plans, including brand development, health tracking, campaign execution, brand asset management, and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as a brand custodian to ensure consistent tone of voice across all campaigns, channels, and touchpoints.
• Assist in designing brand campaign strategies with clear milestones and timelines aligned to brand KPIs.
• Conduct consumer research to understand user behavior, identify barriers and triggers for adoption, and share actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, UX, creative, legal, etc.) to improve consumer experience and support product adoption.
• Coordinate with external agencies, including briefing, execution, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
• Exposure to B2C branding, product launches, and campaign management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability; comfortable working with data to derive insights.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently as well as in a team.
