What You’ll Do:

Own and grow Setu’s social media presence — content calendar, creative direction, engagement, growth hacks.

Craft & execute brand campaigns; shape positioning, messaging, creative, media mix.

Partner with Product Marketing for new launches: go-to-market, launch creatives, materials.

Thought leadership: working with D91 content team on blogs, whitepapers, webinars, podcasts.

Content creation: collaborating with writers, designers, video producers. Multi-format work.

Manage media channels like webinars, video, events, online/offline content.

Track & measure campaign / brand metrics. Learn fast, iterate, improve.
What We Want From You:

2-4 years in brand / marketing / communications roles (preferably tech / fintech / high-growth).

Strong storytelling instincts + creative flair.

Versatility: long & short form content, video, events.

Collaborative: you’ll work across product, marketing, content, creative teams.

Analytical mindset: metrics, feedback loops, continuous improvement.

Comfortable with ambiguity & ownership. You’ll define many processes.
