Assistant Brand Manager

  • Content Management:

Oversee daily content creation, edits, and publishing across all product lines (ZERO, HAIRCARE, N23), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  • Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute small-scale marketing campaigns, including concept development, coordination, and performance tracking.

  • Engagement Strategy:

Develop and implement engagement plans to enhance customer interaction, retention, and brand loyalty across digital platforms.

  • Sales Opportunity Research:

Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities through data analysis, trends, and customer insights to support revenue growth.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market studies to understand consumer behavior, competitor activities, and influencer impact to inform brand strategy.

  • Affiliate Program Management:

Support the development and management of affiliate programs, including partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and optimization.

  • Brand Asset Management:

Maintain proper archiving of brand materials, content, and campaign assets for easy access and consistency.

  • Cross-functional Coordination:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and ensure effective execution of strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
