Position Summary
The overall purpose of the job is to implement marketing activity of assigned brands that aligns with marketing plan and brand strategy, working closely with cross functions, media and brand agency to ensure activities are successfully implemented to drive brand growth. This role requires close cooperation & collaboration with the sales team.
Job Responsibilities

Working closely with media and brand agency to ensure advertising, promotion, BTL and Digital activities are implemented successfully to drive brand growth.

Analyzing potential markets, competitor positioning, and customer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, favorable timing for product launch, promotions, etc.

Custodian for frontline experiential marketing on ATL + BTL brand plans

Partnering with cross functional teams to ensure that customer needs for each targeted segment are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches.

Developing product commercialization strategies (e.g., pricing, positioning, distribution etc.)

Analyzing product/brand performance and customer feedback as input to product enhancements and to improve sale performance.

Experience with I&R and launch plan of new products

Assist the team to achieve established sales and profitability goals
Experience & Qualification

Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing & brand management
