Assistant Bread Baker

Duties:

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including, but not limited to artisan bread, biscuits, muffins, laminated danish, laminated croissants, doughnuts, cakes, etc.
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Mix ingredients and knead dough by hand or using mixers
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures and cooking times as needed
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and fulfill orders

Requirements:

-Schedule Tuesday-Saturday 4:00 am-12:00 pm
- Previous experience as a baker in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred (we are willing to train as well)
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to stand on you feet for long hours and lift at least 40 pounds
