Are you ready to be the go-to person who keeps the financial wheels of our facility turning smoothly? As our Assistant Business Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our administrative operations. You’ll partner with the Business Office Manager to oversee critical financial processes, deliver top-notch service, and find innovative solutions to challenges. This isn’t your average desk job – it’s an opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact every single day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and billing to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Dive into Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing with precision, making sure we’re always on point with compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage and reconcile resident trust accounts while fostering confidence and transparency with residents and their families.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and audits to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Be the go-to resource for residents, families, and staff when they need guidance and support with financial matters.
  • Stay on top of regulatory requirements and ensure our processes are always one step ahead.
  • Identify and implement fresh ideas to optimize office workflows and efficiency.
  • Support and train staff, ensuring everyone has the tools and knowledge they need to excel.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A trailblazer with a high school diploma (required) and a passion for business or healthcare. A degree in business, accounting, or a related field? That’s a huge plus!
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or SNF business office
  • A billing master who knows Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes like the back of their hand.
  • A people person with stellar communication and customer service skills – empathy is your middle name.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing/accounting software.
  • A multitasking guru who thrives under pressure and loves getting things done.
  • Bonus points if you’re well-versed in federal and state SNF regulations.
