Assistant, Case Manager

Position Overview

I have partnered with a personal injury law firm to hire an assistant case manager. The Assistant Case Manager will work closely with a Case Manager to support car accident cases. This role involves handling administrative tasks, requests for medical and legal documentation, reporting, and general case support to ensure cases are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Case Manager on car accident cases
  • Report claims to insurance companies and relevant parties
  • Send letters of representation as required
  • Request hospital liens, Medi-Cal, and Medicare liens
  • Obtain client medical records, billing records, hospital records, and police reports
  • Send out Proofs of Employment (POEs) and process DMV requests
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow internal procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in personal injury law
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with CasePEER or similar case management software is a plus

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour workday. Employees may select a consistent start time between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM.

Pay: $22.00 - $200,000.00 per hour
