Position

Assistant Center Manager / Assistant Front Desk Manager

Education

• B.Com, BBA, BSc, M.Com, Associate Degree (2 Years), or any other relevant qualification.
• Graduation is mandatory.

Requirements & Skills

• Well-groomed and confident personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Computer literate
• Proactive and responsible attitude
• Must own a motorbike and be willing to use it for commuting

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers professionally
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
• Perform administrative and operational tasks while supporting the Center Manager
• Coordinate with doctors regarding appointments, consultations, follow-up calls, and reminder calls
• Supervise and monitor administrative and janitorial staff
• Handle cash transactions and maintain records
• Act as a Backup Center Manager when instructed by the Center Sales Manager (CSM)

Work Location & Schedule

• Candidates must be willing to work at both company branches.
• Work Schedule:
• 3 days per week at I-8, Islamabad
• 3 days per week at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
• A personal motorbike is mandatory to ensure reliable commuting between locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to Rs. 40,000 per month
• Travel Allowance
