Assistant Chef

As Suwayq, Oman

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize ingredients before service.
  • Assist the Chef in preparing dishes and desserts.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
  • Organize food items and check product validity.
  • Arrange and prepare plates for service.
  • Report any shortages or equipment issues.
  • Support in receiving and storing supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ability to assist in both hot kitchen and pastry/desserts section.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RO180.000 - RO200.000 per month
