Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Assistant Chef to support both the bakery (manakish section) and the main kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and kneading dough according to recipes
• Support baking of manakish and monitor quality standards
• Assist in food preparation for hot and cold kitchen sections
• Follow instructions from Head Chef and senior kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Support kitchen operations during busy hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Lebanese/Arabic cuisine preferred
• Basic knowledge of dough preparation and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good hygiene practices
• Must hold a valid UAE visa
