Assistant Childcare Director

Adventures Learning Center is now hiring for an Assistant Childcare Director at our Portage location.

If you have a passion for working with young children and helping them grow, this is the place for you! We believe Early Childhood Educators play a vital role in cultivating the minds of our community’s most precious resource, young children.

Responsibilities Include

Assist the Director in leading our teaching staff, supporting families, achieving enrollment, and operational objectives.
Partner with parents to assure the best care and education for their children.
Gain positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Serve in a wide variety of roles throughout the center as needed, including lead classroom teacher.
Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents.

Have knowledge of Creative Curriculum

Have knowledge of state licensing rules

Be flexible in hours

Be willing to work in classroom alongside teaching staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
