The City of Duluth seeks an Assistant City Attorney to join our Civil Division team!At the direction of the City Attorney, and under the general supervision of the Deputy City Attorney, the Assistant City Attorney in this position will perform professional legal work, primarily in the areas of community and economic development, finance, public works and utilities. Experience in economic development, city planning, zoning, land use, commercial and residential property transactions, right of way, environmental law, real estate financing, and drafting agreements is preferred.
