Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)
- Review and prepare drawings, quantity take-offs, and related documents
- Assist with DM (Dubai Municipality) submissions
- Maintain daily attendance records
- Handle petty cash and maintain proper records
- Assist with VAT filing and documentation
- Support day-to-day administrative and basic engineering tasks
- Welcome guests and provide hospitality in a professional manner
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Perform data entry and reporting using MS Excel and Word
- Experience in boq preparation
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering or construction documentation (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Friendly, professional, and presentable attitude
