• Supervising Workers: Manage and assign tasks to construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality. 2
• Coordinating Tasks: Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure materials and equipment are used correctly and the project stays on schedule. 2
• Reading Plans and Drawings: Understand construction blueprints and technical drawings to ensure work aligns with project specifications. 2
• Monitoring Progress: Keep track of project progress, identify issues, and resolve them to prevent delays. 2
• Ensuring Safety: Enforce safety regulations and conduct inspections to ensure worker safety and compliance with regulations. 2

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage various stakeholders effectively.
