Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented assistant to support the General Manager (GM) with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure the GM's day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager (GM) in daily operations, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes for management review.
  • Maintain records, contracts, and important project documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Supervise clerical and support staff as delegated.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Qualification:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 2–5 years (for Diploma holders) or 1–3 years (for Civil graduates) in construction/project execution.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts, drawings, and site execution.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
