About the Role:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy Assistant Client Servicing Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Development). You’ll manage day-to-day communication, ensure timely project delivery, and use AI tools to enhance reporting and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for 6–8 hospitality clients.
- Understand technical aspects of SEO, website development, and SMO.
- Coordinate with internal teams for website updates, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Review SEO reports, website audits, and social media performance.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.) to improve reporting, captions, and client presentations.
- Prepare and present monthly performance decks and growth strategies.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing / digital marketing agency.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, website structure, and social media marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, or Zoho) preferred.
