Assistant Client Servicing Manager (SEO / SMO / Development)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy Assistant Client Servicing Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Development). You’ll manage day-to-day communication, ensure timely project delivery, and use AI tools to enhance reporting and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 6–8 hospitality clients.
  • Understand technical aspects of SEO, website development, and SMO.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for website updates, campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Review SEO reports, website audits, and social media performance.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.) to improve reporting, captions, and client presentations.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance decks and growth strategies.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing / digital marketing agency.
  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, website structure, and social media marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, or Zoho) preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
