Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator/ Phlebotomy

Overview:

The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator/phlebotomist plays a role in clinical study execution. This position assists clinical research coordinators in managing studies including executing study procedures according to protocol, following Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, applicable regulations, and APCR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times. Recruiting subjects, completion of source documents and accurate data and biologic specimen collection.

This role interacts closely with Principal and Sub‑Investigators, clinical research staff, and internal departments across Advanced Pharma CR, LLC.

Responsibilities

Perform clinical and study procedures as per study protocol which include but are not limited to:

• Vital Signs measurements
• ECG
• Phlebotomy
• Subject consenting
• Document Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events
• Request medical records per APCR SOP and update Medical History
• Notify physicians of subject’s participation in studies.
• Oversee and manage the data collection and data management processes, and other supplemental data collection processes
• Monitor, revise and automate data collection forms and standard communication documents as needed to achieve robust outcomes

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Comfortable performing clinical procedures and interacting with study participants

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
