Assistant Club Manager

With our brands MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio, and NuSpa , we are MAC , Turkey’s largest fitness operator. We are looking for Assistant Club Managers to join our clubs and become part of our “Wellbeing Community.”

What Are We Looking For?

• University graduate
• Minimum of 3 years of business management experience, preferably in the sports or retail industry
• Experienced in team management and coordination
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and good at follow-up
• Always cheerful, energetic, and positive
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills and successful in interpersonal relations
• Responsible and highly self-aware

What Will You Do?

• Ensure smooth club operations (equipment checks, handling technical issues, maintaining order and cleanliness, etc.)
• Plan weekly and monthly shifts for the sports team
• Prepare and update the group class schedule and inform members accordingly
• Monitor, supervise, guide, and coordinate the work of the sports and sales teams
• Manage membership-related processes (freezing, cancellations, measurement appointments, complaints, requests, etc.)
• Maintain communication with the head office, prepare complete and accurate reports, and share them with relevant parties on time
• Represent the company in the best possible way to members and business partners
