Golf Envy is a premium indoor golf club built around Golfzon simulator technology. Our goal is simple: create a high-level experience for golfers who want more than just bay time. We’re hiring a part-time Assistant Clubhouse Manager to support operations and contribute to membership growth. This role provides leadership coverage during key hours and includes hourly pay plus commission.

About the Role

During your scheduled shifts, you are the leader on duty. You’ll open or close the club, make sure the simulators are operating properly, and maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll also run demos, answer membership questions, and earn commission when you convert a prospect. The sales component is real, but it’s rooted in confidence and clarity — not pressure.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable talking about value, and wants more responsibility than a traditional front desk position offers.

You’re confident speaking with guests. You don’t avoid sales conversations. You’re composed, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative. You may be looking for a leadership pathway. High-performing Assistant Managers are often considered first as new leadership roles open up.

Compensation & Growth
