Job Title: Assistant Coach / Gym Support Staff

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Coach. The role will involve working closely with the Head Coach to ensure smooth training sessions and assisting in the daily management and operation of the gym.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach during training sessions.
• Support athletes and members in learning and practicing techniques.
• Help manage the gym’s day-to-day operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area.
• Provide a positive and motivating environment for members.

Qualifications:

• Previous fitness, martial arts, or Muay Thai experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
