Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations of residential communities, ensuring smooth and efficient property functioning
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing resident inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships through effective communication in both English and the second language
  • Support leasing activities including property tours, application processing, and lease signing while upselling available amenities and services
  • Maintain accurate data entry within property management systems such as Rent Manager, including rent collections, maintenance requests, and resident records
  • Assist with legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements, contracts, Fair Housing regulations.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents
  • Manage conflict resolution by mediating disputes professionally and adhering to landlord-tenant law guidelines

Experience

  • Prior experience in a fast paced environment on a property management or real estate administrative roles is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with property leasing processes, evictions, and Fair Housing regulations is advantageous
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively
  • Office experience involving data entry, filing, contracts management, and phone etiquette required
  • Experience in sales or upselling amenities/services to residents is a plus
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to landlord-tenant law and facilities management enhances success in this role

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
