Assistant Community Manager – Springbrook Park Apartments / Mayfield Park Apartments

Title: Assistant Community Manager

Schedule: Full-time — Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, split between Springbrook Park Apartments and Mayfield Park Apartments (20 hours at each property)

Benefits: Full-time benefits + 40% off market rent

After Hours: No after-hours expectations (handled by the Community Manager)

Note: This role will cover both properties and must be strong in leasing.

Position Overview

The Assistant Community Manager supports leasing and daily operations across two apartment communities. This position focuses on leasing performance, tenant relations, and administrative support while working closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Show and lease vacant units and support occupancy goals
• Respond to tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with daily property operations and administrative tasks
• Support move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections
• Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors as needed
• Help maintain property standards and organization
• Support leasing and marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong leasing and sales ability (Important)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Organized with strong time management
• Basic computer and office software knowledge
• Spanish language preferred
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
