Job Description:

The Assistant Compliance – Social Audits will support the compliance department in ensuring that the organization follows social compliance standards, buyer codes of conduct, and local labor laws. The role involves assisting in audit preparation, documentation, factory coordination, and continuous improvement activities in a professional and organized manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation, coordination, and follow-up of social compliance audits.
  • Maintain and update compliance records, files, and audit-related documentation accurately.
  • Support implementation of buyer codes of conduct, company policies, and social compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR, administration, and production departments to collect required audit data and records.
  • Help in monitoring corrective action plans (CAPs) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
  • Assist in conducting internal compliance checks and awareness sessions for staff and workers.
  • Report compliance status, gaps, and progress to the Compliance Manager on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

Basic understanding of social compliance standards, labor laws, and audit processes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain records and documentation in a professional manner.

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling).

Preferably 1 year of experience in compliance or audit support (fresh candidates may also apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
