Assistant Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Verification and review of documents
  • Preparation of Transaction Certificates (TCs)
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure complete and correct documents are received to process the TCs
  • Audits & Inspections: Conducting internal social compliance audits, site inspections, and monitoring.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports on non-compliance, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Policy Support: Assisting in developing, updating, and implementing HR and operational policies.
  • Audit Handling: Managing external, third-party, and client-driven compliance audits. Indeed +3

Experience:

  • social compliance officer (Textile): 3 years (Preferred)
