About the Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Construction Manager to join our team and help keep our projects running smoothly in the field. You’ll work closely with our Senior Construction Manager and be part of the day-to-day action on our jobsites.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and building strong relationships—with both homeowners and trade partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist with warranty visits and follow-ups
- Ensure homeowners feel heard and taken care of while following warranty guidelines
- Help make sure each job site is ready for the next phase of construction
- Work closely with our trade partners and keep communication strong
- Help create a team-first environment on every jobsite and interaction
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
- At NOVA CASA, jobsite cleanliness isn’t a task—it’s a way of life
- Assist the Senior Construction Manager with daily site needs
- Help spot issues early and keep things moving forward

What We’re Looking For

- Some experience in residential construction (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Good communication skills. You’re comfortable talking in groups or individually
- Trustworthy, organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Someone who notices the details—because they matter

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
