We are seeking an assitant Project Coordinator to join our team of hard-working professionals. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and has experience assisting a Sr. Project Coordinator on multiple projects simultaneously. A successful candidate will have an understanding of the various tasks associated with project management from start to finish, including planning and execution. Commercial interior design experience is preferred but not required. Basic Autocad is a plus. Opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Establish project objectives and goals in coordination with project teams.
• Manage team members to ensure that project deliverables meet established timelines, quality requirements, budgets, and other constraints.
• Implement processes, practices, and policies to ensure that project risks are identified and managed throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Monitor progress against the plan to ensure that milestones are met and the project schedule is maintained.
• Participate in or conduct planning activities to support new business or product launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, contractors, and suppliers; oversee their performance; resolve issues; ensure compliance with contractual obligations; and help ensure delivery of project deliverables on time and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
