Assistant Construction Project Manager

Our growing franchise specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, or water damage.

The Construction Manager's responsibilities include providing in-house cost management, construction scheduling along with project management. The Construction Manager needs to deal with problems, find solutions, and order materials. Estimating experience is a must.

This is an excellent ground floor opportunity for hard working individual who is interested in helping commercial and residential customers recover from damage restoration situations.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate construction phase scheduling for the client
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Create and Maintain Budgets based on the scope of repairs and ensure projects come in on time and under budget.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects including subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
• Manage contractors, approve payment

Qualifications:

• Bilingual required
• Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills
• Experience in cleaning/repairs preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Xactimate® experience a PLUS!
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
