Assistant Service Manager
Take builders calls concerning warranty issues with modular home.

Must have minimum 2 years construction experience.

Write service requests

Schedule servicemen's weekly route and take calls from them throughout the week

Write parts orders for materials needed to repair warranty issues

Figure packing list material sheet to complete houses coming off production line

Help servicemen get materials needed for the week of service repairs on Monday morning

This is salaried position offers a great starting rate with Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, 401K, and PTO.
