Roles and Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities of a 3D designer:

â—� Collaborate with graphic designers, artists, animators, illustrators, architects, engineers, etc. to create storyboards
â—� Create 3D images, motion graphics, and interactive objects using CAD software
â—� Conceptualize and build virtual reality environments
â—� Communicate directly with clients, team members, and stakeholders regarding project targets, progress, and final products
â—� Work independently and as part of a team on an as-needed basis

Experience - 0 - 1 Year

Skills Required

Below are the qualifications expected of a 3D designer:

� Minimum Bachelor’s degree in 3D graphic design, engineering, architecture, or related field
â—� Minimum three years of computer graphics experience in 3D animation/3D modelling, graphic design, digital modelling, or visualization
â—� Relevant portfolio of 3D modeling
â—� Excellent working knowledge of 3D design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects), Blender, Maya, Autodesk, 3D Max, or other CAD software
â—� Ability to conceptualize and compose realistic environments featuring texture, lighting, colour
â—� Proficiency in 3D rendering
â—� Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
â—� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
