About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Assistant Contract Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of contracts to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and support our business objectives. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments and help drive effective contract management processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, construction, consultancy, maintenance, outsourcing, supply, and revenue-based contracts.

Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Maintain accurate contract records and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations) to ensure contract accuracy and alignment with business needs.

Identify and mitigate contractual risks; advise management on rights and obligations.

Support audits and provide regular reports on contract status and key milestones.

Assist in dispute resolution and manage contractual claims as needed.

Verify invoices and obtain necessary approvals before processing payments.

Track payment certificates, insurance documents, and guarantees.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (JD or legal background a plus).

Minimum of 5+ years of procurement experience in relevant industries.

Certification in Contract Management (CIPS, NCMA, WorldCC) is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory requirements.

Experience with contract management systems and tools.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
