Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Coordination Officer to support daily operations and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in communication between departments, manage schedules, and help ensure projects and activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and activities
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Support project implementation and follow-up tasks
  • Prepare simple reports and updates for the coordination team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
