JOB SUMMARY

Carver County is looking for a dynamic attorney to fill a vacancy in our Civil division. The specific classification and pay range will be dependent upon the candidate's qualifications.

Upon completion of necessary training, the Assistant County Attorney and Senior Assistant County Attorney positions are eligible for partial remote work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

SCORED EXAMINATION PROCESS

All applications will be screened for minimum qualifications, scored and ranked. The highest ranked candidates meeting minimum qualifications will be recommended for the scored oral examinations (interviews). Final selection for the position will include successful completion of oral interview(s), reference checks, and background investigation, including CJIS fingerprinting.
