Assistant Creative Designer

Digital Umbrella is a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering creative solutions and exceptional results for our clients. We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to assist our lead Designer and help us elevate our creative projects to new heights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Create: Develop compelling visual content for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website design, advertisements, and more.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and clients to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
• Tools Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Indesign, Freepic AI), and other relevant software to produce high-quality designs.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Innovate: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work quality.
• Quality Control: Review designs for errors before printing or publishing to ensure the final product is of the highest quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and demonstrating proficiency in design tools and techniques.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), and other relevant design software.
• Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
