Job Title: Assistant Creative Director - Luxury Events
Experience: 2-3 years in luxury events, experiential design, weddings, brand activations, or related creative fields
Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai
Work Hours: 10:30am - 7:30 pm (Mon-Sat)
Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000/ month
Role Overview
The Assistant Creative Director (ACD) The profile demands working closely with various vendors for design, production, execution, management, etc. To ensure concepts are executed seamlessly from pitch to show day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Development & Execution
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop event concepts, themes, and narratives.
- Translate creative direction into detailed design outputs, including mood boards, layouts, reference imagery, and creative decks.
- Oversee spatial design elements such as décor, stage, lighting mood, and guest flow.
Design & Detailing:
- Lead the creation of pitch presentations and client decks with a luxury visual sensibility.
- Ensure all creative elements are cohesive, refined, and aligned with the approved concept.
- Maintain high standards in materials, finishes, textures, and detailing.
Team Coordination:
- Guide and review work from designers, visualisers, and freelancers.
- Coordinate closely with production, technical, and operations teams to ensure creative feasibility.
- Assist in briefing vendors, fabricators, and partners with clear creative direction.
Client Interaction:
- Participate in client presentations and creative discussions.
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while protecting design integrity.
- Support the Creative Director during high-level client interactions.
On-Ground Creative Supervision:
- Be present on-site during setup and event days to ensure creative accuracy.
- Troubleshoot design or aesthetic challenges in real time.
- Ensure final execution reflects the approved vision and luxury standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in luxury events, experiential design, or related creative fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end aesthetics and large-scale event work.
- Excellent visual and spatial sensibility.
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint, Canva, AI tools).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
