Assistant Daycare Teacher

MaryMac Child Developments is a daycare center that specializes in servicing children with Special needs.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Monitor and document children's progress, behavior, and development
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, nannying, or babysitting
- Knowledge of child behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies
- Understanding of childhood development milestones
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience and compassion when working with young children
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Organizational skills to plan and execute daily activities for the children
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules in a daycare setting
