Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Teacher who is reliable, energetic, and truly passionate about working with young children. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment and is committed to supporting children's development through play, exploration, and care.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily classroom activities and routines
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist with supervising children during play, meals, and transitions
• Encourage positive social interactions and model appropriate behavior
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
• Communicate effectively with team members and families
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a daycare or early childhood setting (required)
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Energetic, nurturing, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
