Assistant Design Manager - Site

Working for the developer, as the client representative, you will be responsible for responding to technical queries, conducting site walks, and ensuring that all architectural elements, materials and spatial decision on site reflects the approved design package. This is a highly proactive on-site role requiring regular presence, decisive judgment, and strong ownership of design quality.

This is a full-time, on site position and reports to the Head of Design.

A minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in architecture.
