Job Description

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. The role also includes supervising Leads, Executives, and Trainees, ensuring campaign efficiency, and contributing to lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies for assigned brands or projects.

* Supervise Leads, Executives, and Trainees to ensure task completion and productivity.

* Monitor lead generation target: 75–100 leads/month.

* Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize results.

* Coordinate with team members for content, social media posting, paid campaigns, and analytics.

* Ensure adherence to deadlines, SOPs, and company policies.

* Report progress and results to the Digital Marketing Manager regularly.

Job Specification

Education & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

* Digital marketing certifications are a plus.

Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.

* Experience supervising a small team is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, basic paid ads, and analytics.

* Team coordination, monitoring, and task management skills.

* Good communication and reporting abilities.

* Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance.

Work Requirements

* Must be available for on-site night shift aligned with USA time zones.

* Ability to ensure consistent activity and productivity from team members.
