Job Title: Assistant Digital Marketing & PPC Specialist (with Social Media Management)
About the Role
Prestigious Medical Spa with three locations is seeking a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing & PPC Specialist who will assist with our online marketing efforts across search, social, and paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable owning campaigns from strategy to execution. The role also requires a strong emphasis on social media and internal marketing campaigns. Understanding and appreciating medical spa aesthetic services is helpful in supporting this customer service driven field and the relationships between provider and patient.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Assist with developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio).
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Management
- Assist with Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Create and monitor, ad budgets and creatives to maximize performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Develop social media strategies that align with broader marketing objectives and engage staff.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice.
- Track social media metrics and optimize content to improve reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC advertising, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and common PPC tools.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console).
- Strong copywriting and creative skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with SEO practices and tools.
- Graphic design or basic video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
