What You'll Be Doing:
As the right hand to the Director, you'll help manage daily operations, support a dedicated team, and ensure every child in our care feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

• Assist with daily center operations and administrative tasks

• Support curriculum implementation and regulatory compliance

• Supervise and motivate an awesome team of childcare professionals

• Keep accurate records (attendance, scheduling, etc.)

• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and families

• Enforce top safety and health standards

• Join in on staff meetings and training sessions

• Foster a warm, inclusive environment for all children

What You Bring to the Table:

• 18+ years old

• CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education

• NC Qualifying Letter

• 2–3 years' experience in a licensed childcare facility (bonus if you've worked as an Assistant Director!)

• CPR & First Aid certified

• Clear background check

• Able to work 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday through Friday
