Bright Ideas- Bryant is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Center Director. We provide high-quality early childhood care and education for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years and are looking for a strong leader who is ready to grow and make a meaningful impact.
The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Candidates must have experience working in a licensed childcare facility and meet state licensing requirements for an assistant administrator or designee.
Overview:
The Assistant Center Director supports daily center operations in partnership with the Center Director. This role includes guiding teachers, building strong family relationships, ensuring licensing compliance, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
