Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Creative Content and Design supports the mission and vision of the Foundation by creating engaging graphics and assets across a variety of media. This position would be best suited for a well-rounded, creative individual, who is familiar with a variety of creative software and mediums and is capable of handling consistent and varying projects.

Pay Range

Minimum $53,955 Midpoint $80,912 Maximum $107,890

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum two (2) years of experience in related fields with an emphasis on digital marketing, CRM consumer insights, and branding.
  • Preferred: Over three (3) years of experience in related fields with an emphasis on digital marketing, CRM, consumer insights, and branding. Previous experience working in support of a non-profit organization.

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts.

Training

  • Required: None required.

Specialized Skills

  • Required: Proven graphic design experience. Strong portfolio of illustrations, other graphics, and projectors. Experience in photography and videography with good knowledge of post-production and editing. Required experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Required experience with video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or Davinci Resolve.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Wordpress. Familiarity with social media graphics and posting e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TickTok. Keen eye for aesthetics and details; excellent communication skills; ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
