Trinity Valley School (TVS) seeks a relational, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Assistant Director of Admissions and Financial Aid to serve as a key leader within the Enrollment Management team. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management, this role plays a central part in stewarding Middle and Upper School families through the admissions process while overseeing the administration of financial aid for both current and prospective families.
This is a highly relational and visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, service, and operational excellence. The Assistant Director serves as a trusted guide for prospective families, collaborates closely with school leadership and admissions committees, and ensures that financial aid processes are managed with integrity, discretion, and care.
The right person for this role is warm, organized, and thoughtful, someone who builds trust easily, manages details with precision, and believes deeply in the transformative power of independent school education.
