The Role

Glenmore University seeks a detail-oriented and student-focused Assistant Director of Admissions to support our daily admissions operations and drive enrollment growth from our Jacksonville office. Reporting to the Chief Academic Officer, this role manages digital application workflows and serves as the primary point of contact for prospective online learners.

Key Responsibilities

§ Admissions Operations & CRM: Manage end-to-end application workflows within our CRM system (Element451), ensuring data integrity, accurate recordkeeping, and timely processing.

§ Applicant Engagement: Proactively communicate with prospective students globally to guide them through the admissions pipeline and virtual onboarding.

§ Data & Metrics Tracking: Monitor key admissions metrics and assist leadership with reporting on application and enrollment trends.

§ Compliance & Events: Ensure strict adherence to FERPA and student data privacy standards, and assist with virtual recruitment events.

Candidate Profile

§ Bachelor’s degree earned.

§ 3-5 years of experience in higher education admissions, enrollment management, or digital student recruitment.

§ Hands-on experience utilizing modern CRM systems (Elements451 strongly preferred).

§ Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.

§ Familiarity with FERPA and U.S. student data privacy requirements.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
